This asset allows you to create an awesome top-down RPG World(32x32) There are a good range of terrains, props variety and high quality animated characters.
Render pipeline compatibility

Description

TERRAIN and PROPS


 Tileset 1 transitions to lava and tileset 2 transitions to the rocky ground(tileset 1 and tileset 2). You can stack tilesets to make much bigger walls and create interesting multilevel platforms (see mockup).

☑️The Crusher: big animated skull structure which stomps the ground (can be used as trap ou as enemy)

☑️Big and tiny egg-ish props. Animations: standby(loop), explosion. Can be used the animated smoke fx on top of it after the explosion

☑️Burning ground. Animations: starting, burning(loop), extinguishing.

☑️Spitfire Device. Animated flames: starting, loop, extinguishing. (all directions, including diagonal)

☑️Animated Geyser: Animations: starting, loop, extinguishing

☑️Small animated vortex that can used as a spawner or portal to shorter distances

*Notes

-Unity's Rule tile system alternative

Since Unity's default rule tile system is somehow limited and does not cover some aspects of autotiling out of the box, tilesets with multiple heights(e.g walls

with 2 or more tiles of height) have no rule tile setup (There are premade shapes in the tile palette to speed up the process)

-TiledMap Editor alternative

All tilesets have full autotile support and this is as easy as selecting a brush for a specific tileset and start drawing.

Tiled Map Editor maps to Unity: Super Tiled2Unity (This should be imported to Unity as a package)

CHARACTERS


✅Rocky dude. Animations: idle1, idle2(blink), idle3(streching), 'walk', attack 1(punch), attack 2(stomp), hurt and death.

✅Imp-like demon. Animations: idle, 'walk', attack 1(punch), attack 2 (spits lava around), hurt and death (explosion)

✅Elemental. Animations: Idle, 'walk', attack 1, attack 2(conjuring animation composed by preparation, loop and finish), hurt, death.

✅ Giant Boss (must be animated in the game engine)


Boss parts:

  • Hand (covering 4 positions for different attacks)
  • Arm pieces (with a broken version and a slightly recolor variation too)
  • Head (has 3 variations and the third being the more damaged version)
