Render pipeline compatibility

The Built-in Render Pipeline is Unity’s default render pipeline. It is a general-purpose render pipeline that has limited options for customization. The Universal Render Pipeline (URP) is a Scriptable Render Pipeline that is quick and easy to customize, and lets you create optimized graphics across a wide range of platforms. The High Definition Render Pipeline (HDRP) is a Scriptable Render Pipeline that lets you create cutting-edge, high-fidelity graphics on high-end platforms.

A modular hangar, a factory and a warehouse. Realistic scale. Also includes 3 industrial pendant lights.

Each material comes with PBR 4096x PBR textures including Albedo, Normal, roughness, metalness, ao, opacity mask for glasses, emissive for lights and HDRP mask texture (metal, ao, detail, smooth).
Prefabs with examples included for building the scene fast.
Lights come with 2 materials in total for the 3 objects, metal and bulb. Metal comes with 2 sets of textures for a total of 6 different lights. Emission and opacity textures included.
You can also use any of your seamless textures for wall and floor materials for the warehouse and factory.
