Powerful modular asset pack, that allows user to make amazing metal structures. The pack is grid-based, so user can build anything, really fast and easy. Tested in VR, to assure the right scale and bug-free content.



Prefabs: Pack consists of 23 grid-based, modular parts, with 4 prop prefabs. All props uses 1 material, with PRB textures. Scaffolding pieces uses 2 materials, with PRB textures. One for parts and second is tillable ground material.

Technical details

Textures and Materials: PBR textures that comes in 2x2k format, but can be scaled down to 256x256 and would still look greate. PNG format.


Prefab: All models are packed in prefabs with correct rotation, pivot and scale.

- Scaffolding pieces: Around 23 pieces for all purposes

- Props: Box, Pile of Boxes, Boxes with tarp over them and sign.


Materials: Built-In

Number of textures: 9 PNG textures

Texture dimensions: 2048x2048 source material and can be scaled to 256x256

Number of meshes/prefabs: 16 meshes and 27 prefabs
