The environment itself is fully modular, made out of various packs, like:

- modular building pieces ( walls, floors, metal beams, structures, stairs and so on)( 13 700 vertices)

- main base building pieces(350 vertices)

- background buildings (52 000 vertices)

- tarps(1800 vertices)

- huge construction crane(26 500 vertices)

- industrial lights(6300 vertices)

- construction props and other construction yard themed assets(59 500 vertices)

- bomb site props (C4, missiles with cage and decals) (7000 vertices)

- tons of tillable materials to choose from

PBR materials with PNG and some TGA textures, sized from 2x2k up to 4x4k, depending on asset. Everything is in it's own prefab, real world scale, correct rotation and pivot points, for easy use.
