For full customization you will still need to use Substance, which was supported natively in Unity 2017 but moved to a separate *free* plugin for 2018 and onward.

This lovable little bonehead comes with 4 LOD meshes with the following triangle counts:

LOD0 - 1732 triangles
LOD1 - 806 triangles
LOD2 - 494 triangles
LOD3 - 306 triangles

Texture sizes:

LOD0, LOD1 - 2048px
LOD2 - 1024px
LOD3 - 512px
