This package contains two FBXs, one is a wooden house including walls, the other is a store for bonus which is quite the same with the first one but the windows and doors are different. You can check them on the screenshots below.

The house and walls are separated models.
The two FBXs count 392 and 631 tris, with diffuse and normal maps.
