Reworked and updated package, now fully compatible with PBR materials.

The models make use of 4 different materials, with textures resolutions at 512 (plants), 1024 (tileable wood), and 2048 (walls and other windmill parts).

Included a simple rotation script and a lod model (with lod groups already set on the prefab, and ready to be used.
