TerraCity Lite can place 1 of 4 Building Types in "TerraCity" but with unlimited number of pre-textured models in "Houses" folder. When you press "Generate City", all buildings will be placed exactly on your terrain heights.
You can also have different settings on buildings Size & Density.
Note: Demos are extracted from "TerraCity" Pro.
