- Walls, Roof and Ceiling meshes with 2 material variants.

- 3 frames with alternate mirror material.

- Bottle, bowl, cup and candle props.

- Furniture: table, bed, hot tub, ottoman and long chair.

- Lights: 3 types of lamps.

- Misc props: flat screen, curtains and petals decal.

Notes:

All 21 prefabs are divided among 12 materials for better performance.
