Modern Suburban House Collection containing 5 house models, and a shared set of 5 PBR texture sets. This asset collection is ideal for realtime applications due to low polygon count and optimized texture atlas. Solar panels are separate objects, for easy removal.
Mobile Friendly

- 5 Distict house models
- 5 Sets of PBR textures
- 5 Prefabs for each texture set
I recommend Unity 5.3 or higher, as it introduced the new Standard Shader that is much closer to other 3rd party rendering software (Like Substance Painter and Marmoset Toolbag). This package will work with older versions of Unity as well, though the metallic/smoothness textures might need some modifications.
