It's a simple set of modular building assets with standard unity shader (Albedo, Metallic, Normal). Textures 512*512 and 1024*1024 in .PSD format. Created to work perfectly in linear color space.

This set includes:
- modular exterior ans interior walls
- 2 types of lamps
- 3 terrain textures
- 5 seamless textures
