This kit is easy to use, just select the models you want and start buildings by snapping them to grid. Also, prefabs included, to make the process super fast and easy. Pack also contains already made mini city prefab for tests. All files are in fbx format, low poly. Eight textures: road texture, downside texture, electric pole texture, 3 building textures + specular and normal map for buildings. Six materials.
