This is a simple props package. Includes objects suitable for a small town. In particular, a modular road that can be built by the user. Contains several simple objects: like a bench, fence, lantern e.t.c. The fence door can be opened by the script. Contains decals, such as leaves, puddles and paper. All objects have prefabs, colliders, baking awaible, correct topology, detailed materials and settings. Its not finished pack, so it will update with other props.

Version 1.1: Current total polygons count: 82k faces, 89k vertex, 160k tris.
Vertex list: industrial complex 7k, bus stop 1.2k, lantern 3,2k, hydrant 800, billboard 2.1k, bench_2 2.1k.
