Set Includes over 60 Meshes and 20 Textures including; Air Conditioners, Cardboard Boxes, Balconies, Dumpster, Garbage Cans, Garbage Bags, Fire Escapes, Vents, Doors and many other props. This set also includes a 12 piece modular road set! All assets have prefabs, are lightmapped and contain simple collisions. All meshes come with 3D Max sources files and exported FBX's. All textures come with PSD's.
